From the forest to the teapot
The forest provides beautiful medicine like Valerian and Meadowsweet and St. Johns wort and many others. I love picking herbs dan make concoctions and the mixture of Valerian and Meadowsweet is both tasty and good for autism.
Meadowsweet regulates the intestines, calms the stomach and reduces inflammation of the brain (amygdala) and valerian calms the nerves. But what is most refreshing is to go for a long hike in the Norwegian mountains to find these gems.
